Charlotte Dixon
Associate
Charlotte is a Business Psychologist and Accredited Executive Coach who works with the leaders and teams asked to deliver change while under sustained pressure themselves.
Her career began in NHS mental health services, including at Great Ormond Street Hospital and the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust, where she also completed a Masters in Psychoanalytic Observational Studies. That experience still underpins her work, which draws on peer-reviewed research and is known for thoughtful challenge in a psychologically safe space.
She has since coached CEOs, senior leaders and teams across public, private and charity sectors, and designs leadership and resilience programmes including work on digital and change-ready mindsets. She speaks regularly on the psychology of change and hosts the podcast Honest Conversations About AI.
Charlotte works across the UK. Her particular interest is in how leaders and institutions adapt to change they did not choose, whether driven by new technology, reorganisation or devolution.
